We are humbled by our October Mission where we witnessed the stories, challenges, and small miracles while serving the communities affected by the Cebu and Davao earthquakes. Courage, glimpses of hope, and the heartfelt efforts of volunteers who showed up with compassion and love are the highlights of this month. It stands as a reminder that even in the hardest seasons, faith and kindness can move mountains and restore spirits.
We offer all glory and gratitude to God, whose guidance, protection, and provision allowed us to reach those who needed help the most. Every meal served, every child comforted, and every family supported is a testament to His faithfulness. We remember that FAITH IS ALIVE WHEN PRAYER INSPIRES ACTION AND ACTION FULLFILS PRAYER.

I’m honored to be welcomed by Governor Nelson L. Dayanghirang, Province of Davao Oriental and Cong. Nelson “JR” Dayanghirang, District 1 Davao Oriental, here at sir sherwin Matucol place. I had a chance to have a long talk over dinner and personally shared their experiences during the strong earthquake and his plans and immediate actions during the ordeal.

Salamat po Panginoon! 🙏
Marahil yung iba matatawa bakit kami namimigay sa mga bata ng whistle/ pito at small flashlights ito po ay maaring magligtas ng buhay tuwing may lindol sa gitna ng dilim para makapukaw ng attention at makahingi ng tulong! Sa lahat ng aming mga donors maraming salamat po! Mula sa amin sa Feed Hungry Minds Library Inc.
Yung 2 araw kong mission sa Northern Cebu, sinabi ko sa sarile ko i need to pray for them, at happy ako at naipagdasal ko lahat ng mga residente na nasalanta ng nagdaang lindol, habang pinag dadasal ko sila ramdam na ramdam ko ang sakit at takot sa kanilang puso sa mga nagdaang kalamidad, with my eyes closed di ko nakikita ang kanilang mga reaksyon, pero ng napanuod ko ang video, naiyak ako ng nakita ko mga kalalakihan, mga ama, Lolo nakataas ang kamay habang nag pe pray kami, tanda ng pagsuko sa Panginoon na wala tayo kakapitan kundi Sya lang. Sana tatawag tayo sa Dyos hindi lang tuwing may sakuna, sana sa lahat Ng pagkakataon kahit saan, kahit kelan nasa puso natin si LORD sa lahat ng Oras! Glory to GOD! 🙏🌷
Share ko lang, yesterdays missions, have no plans and skeds because we have no direct contacts to anyone in Daang Bantayan, Medellin, san Remigio and Bogo Cebu, we drove to every remote brgy and asked around what communities ang di naabot ng mga tulong… by faith lang true enough GOD sent us the remotest areas affected by the earthquake. Would you believe the last community we went to the person we asked for the direction was the brgy captain and guide us to the remote brgy where help was never felt. In less than 10 mins the basketball court was filled with head of the family we were wondering if we can cater to all of them, since we only have few sacks of rice and groceries in our truck, would u believe to the last person in the long line was serve with a bag of groceries and 5 kls of rice! Ang galing ni LORD 180 packs talaga sakto . Walang umuwi luhaan.

God Will Make A Way
Feed Hungry Minds Library Inc.
1st day of our relief and feeding mission in North Cebu for earthquake victims we expected to visit 3 communities in Tabunan, Borbon. To our surprise, the roads were literally steep and the areas so far-flung. From the town proper, it took almost an hour of drive to reach them. Yet, by God’s grace, we made it safely and completed the mission.
The next day, we had no concrete plans or list of communities to visit. But God led us step by step guiding us to places that truly needed help. Good thing our drivers Wyethelgib and Jonwil were very road-knowledgeable and proactive, navigating even the most challenging paths with patience and heart. 🚐💪We went to Siacon, Bogo City; To-ong, San Remigio; Tindog, Medellin; and Daanbantayan. We reached Daanbantayan without any contact there, and simply asked a tricycle driver for directions to the most remote areas. He mentioned Barangay Lanao, Sitio Soong.
Here’s where the miracle happened, we got a bit lost on the way and tried to ask 2 different person yet they didn’t know the exact location since they’re not from their. The last person we asked for directions turned out to be the Barangay Captain of Lanao! She told us Soong was unreachable or unpassable as of the moment and instead guided us to another far community. When we arrived and distributed the goods, the count of relief packs was exactly enough for every household. 😭❤️
Truly, when you let God lead the way, everything falls perfectly into place.
Tired, but no one’s complaining because this mission was never about us. It was all Him. 🤍
